“Great place for catholic medals and chains. I got a St Michael the Arch angel chain, and a Miraculous Mother Mary chain from them. The young man and the lady were both very helpful. Heads up if you get the Miraculous Mother Mary chain from them and youre like me and live a somewhat rough life, like physically. Or you toss and turn In your sleep. You may want to replace the chain on the Mother Mary Medal. I did bc after sleeping with it and 2 other sterling silver chains on I woke up one morning and the chain was Kinked and one of the links was bent. So i went to the gold and silver store near another broken egg off of corporate Blvd and got a nice diamond cut sterling silver 3.5mm rope chain and its perfect. I personally wouldn't go any smaller than 3.5mm for durability issues but to each their own. I will say the silver store wanted to charge me almost as much as the chain to replace the chain on my medal. So I figured before I do that im gonna try and fix it myself and guys with some needle nose plyers and my thumb nails I did it and it looks like it was done by a proffessional, and it took me all of 1.5 to 2 minutes to do. Very simple, just grab one side of the opening on the ring that holds the pendant to the chain and the other side with some needle nose plyers and bend in opposite directions. Take the old chain off by slipping it through the gap, and slip the new chain in. Bend as little as possible bc if you bend it too much no amount of plyer work is going to get the bends out. But if you dont live a physically demanding life or sleep with it on like I did you should be good. Also I dont think they do refunds which I dont mind bc they give you store credit which I think is fair. But yea this place is great. I will definitely be returning here to get my wife's birthday present and hopefully a pocket Bible if the have those.”

“My sister was admited into ICU and has been on life support for several days. All her nurses in ICU has worked very hard and had been extremely nice to me!!!! And i wanted to put a gift together to show my appreciation for the hard work they put in everyday. So i went to the gift shop with and idea and the cashier created it for me. I can't remember her name but i do remember her saying she has been with the gift shop 13+ years i believe. The gift shop lady was extremely nice and professional! There was 12 nurses tending to my sister and the gift shop lady did a gift bagg for each one. She told me give her 30 mins and to come back down to pick them up!!! I was on time and she was just finishing up!!!! I really thank everyone that affiliated with ochsner!!! You guys have really made a stressful situation in my life peaceful and i am grateful and blessed for it!!!! All the nurses and doctors gift shop workers cafeteria workers EVERYONE that works there is a true blessong froM. GOD!!!! She also encouraged me to do the survey and im glad she did!!!! So that i can show my appreciation to ochsner!!”

“This store is wonderful for customer service and the astatics. I don't know how they compare in price but I also don't know where else you'd go to get many of the things they sell. I've met the owner several times and she's very nice to everyone, including her employees.”

I had an order that I had miss typed a phone number in and the owner spent the time and went out of his way to make sure that my daughter received the beautiful fruit bouquet and flower arrangement. “I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with this Edible Arrangements location because, while there were a few hiccups at first, the customer service truly stood out.
I placed an online order for same-day delivery, which unfortunately didn’t arrive as scheduled. It was delivered the following morning instead. I explained that my mom wouldn’t be home until after 3:00, and I spoke with Brian(maybe Ryan? I was calling out of state and reception was not the best at times)
, who was incredibly kind and reassuring. He told me that if the arrangement ended up being damaged from sitting out, he would personally remake it for her.
Later that day, I called him back to give an update — and honestly, the fruit was still AMAZING. The white chocolate hadn’t even melted, and the packaging was very well done. However, the flowers and cheesecake that were part of the order were missing. Brian immediately refunded me for those items with no hassle at all.
His intentional kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right made a stressful situation feel completely taken care of. He is a wonderful employee and went above and beyond to help.
I’m honestly surprised this location has such a low rating, because if they have employees like Brian, they’re doing just fine in my book. Customer service like that makes all the difference.”
