We had a small issue when the furniture arrived but Becky and the team at Bassett made sure that everything was perfect in the end. Their customer service is exceptional , starting with Becky and all the way to the delivery team. I highly recommend Bassett Furniture! I would give them 10 stars if I could.”

“I grew up with cost Plus and felt lucky when I moved here that baton rouge still has one. The furniture is so cute and whenever there are issues, they are really good about fixing the problem. They sent me free replacement legs for a chair I bought off the store floor. Funniest cards and World Market is the best place to stop for a last minute gift or stocking stuffers”

“I am shocked by some of the reviews because our experience with the BBQ Guys has been incredibly fabulous! We purchased a Victory grill 4 1/2 years ago and my husband has loved it. Earlier this week he contacted them because he needed to get some replacement parts. Replacement parts were unavailable in the same day that he contacted them, the customer service rep offered a refund or a replacement new grill of the same product. We opted for replacement grill because my husband loves this grill! The grill was shipped the very next day and one day after that we received it. How can you get better customer service than this? I’ll tell you how… You cannot. The grill and the company have been nothing but amazing. Our customer service rep was perfect! Thank you so much BBQ Guys!”
“Ari helped us find a new mattress, sheets, mattress protector, base, and delivery options. We were at the store about 1.5 hours trying out mattresses and looking at sheets, mattress protectors, and bed bases. We didn’t feel rushed at all, got to try everything we wanted to try. We were provided several options for pricing and different tiers of products. We bought a king purple mattress, adjustable base, sheet set, mattress protector, plus delivery and haul off of our old mattress (which was a really good price). Overall this was a great experience. We bought a mattress, bed base, and accessories quickly, and it will be delivered in 3 days.”
“We walked into the Colorado Springs La-Z-Boy store looking for furniture for our home in Louisiana. Initially, the salesman thought he could not help us in our endeavor. But after further research and a few calls to the Baton Rouge store, he said they could deliver the furniture to our home in Baton Rouge. So instead of renting A U-Haul to get our purchase to Louisiana, La-Z-Boy simplified the process immensely and the product will be delivered directly to our home there. Thank you so much!!”

“I love hobby lobby. I practically lived in one as a kid, following my mom around. Now it's my go to for all of my own arts and crafts needs. Their decor is pretty great too. Friendly staff and a clean store always await. Prices are good with frequent sales. Just make sure that you plan ahead, they're closed on Sundays.”
