Lady overseeing cash registers tonight was great! Super polite and helpful after I had to do a refund because my items were not charged correctly. Was even polite to the snotty lady in front of me who was complaining about the wait.

I'm usually a fan of Hobby Lobby, but lately it seems to be less of the wonderful store for crafters and more of a home decor and home goods store. Kind of disappointing.
