“I can not say enough kind words about Teresa and staff at Creative Crafts/Ceramic Superstore ! How do you give 10 stars?! Teresa answered ALL of my novice questions with grace and patience, changed my online order 3 times, and a whole host of other “operator error” (me) related issues. When the box arrived the pieces were carefully and diligently hand packed, triple wrapped, and ALL made the whole trip to CO in 1 box. I say this because I couldn’t find some of the smaller items amidst the popcorn and wondered if they had shipped everything- she went back to the warehouse and spoke with the guy who packed the box and assured me, but still offered to make it right!!! What service!!!!! Needless to say I found them.
Bisque ceramic pieces were in excellent condition, well made and well priced.

Friendly staff and a clean store always await. Prices are good with frequent sales. Just make sure that you plan ahead, they're closed on Sundays.”
