“Since I recieved a text from my insurance (State Farm) about setting a meeting to discuss the premium increase, I was a bit nervous when I met the agent, Mr. Jeff Danielson. I expressed my concern about how high the new premium might be since I wasn't happy about paying more. Mr. Jeff greeted me politely, even offering a beverage, and then walked me through my account on a large TV screen, showing that one of my autos had increased by a certain amount. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently, even when I interrupted. Although I wasn't thrilled about the higher premium, he reassured me that we're in a good position, which made me feel relieved and satisfied.”

When I first called to inquire, Jasmine answered and provided assistance while addressing concerns about our previous agency. Jasmine was incredibly helpful and personable. Jasmine quickly arranged an appointment with Jessica for life insurance renewal. Jessica was also a delight to work with. She assisted us through the renewal process and presented more options. With all our State Farm policies on autopay, Jessica communicated regularly to clarify upcoming changes related to the life insurance policy. She informed us that the old policy would be removed from autopay to prevent payment and mentioned we might receive reminders so not to worry. Throughout the process, Jessica continued updating us on a regular basis, which was greatly appreciated!
