The store has plenty of inventory and anything for home decorating and repair. Lowe's has more of a personal touch, and the employees are mostly friendly, easy to talk to, and so so nice. One staff member was dead set on helping and rectifying a bad situation with a friendly smile and kind words, changing the customer's mood quickly. Another provided a stand up performance in the lumber section. However, someone to help you can be hard to find; you have to find them, as nobody's gonna ask if you need help. The store can be high in the price department, and lumber prices can be beat at local lumber yards. Some customers do not like that there are no cashiers, only self-serve check out. The website for shopping online is not great. Despite some frustrations, the friendly staff and willingness to help make a positive difference.
