“I've been using LabCorp for about 6 years, the first 2 or 3 times I used the Summa location. That location was awful. They were too slow, and they had trouble finding my order and would require me to call my doctor to fax my order. The staff at Summa was very unprofessional, and always left me feeling uncared for.I began using the Industriplex Blvd location after the first few experiences at Summa. Industriplex is MUCH better. They always have my orders, and they are efficient and courteous. I recently needed to get labwork done, and I needed to walk. Because Summa was SO BAD, I chose to walk the EIGHT MILES to Industriplex, rather than the 3.5 or 4 miles to Summa.I would advise anyone who wanted to use LabCorp, to go to Industriplex.”
“We travel from Lafayette to get my sons routine labs done here. He gets them every 3 months. This is the only place where the phlebotomists can get his vein and successfully draw blood with one stick every time. That’s why we go the extra miles. These girls know what they are doing. They are also overly friendly and amazing with children. We absolutely love them!”

“The receptionist/Phlebotomist was very thorough and was extremely pleasant and personable. I have a fear of needles and needed lots of blood work done and she calmed my nerves and talked me through it without hurting me at all! I did have to wait some but I feel like the service was worth the wait.”

“I came in to get a paternity test for parenting rights to my 8 month old son. Miss Sabrina E at the counter helped me with compassion and the best palliative care possible. Beyond professional through the entire process and followed up with the results. Took care of my son who came in separate time as I did and informed me he was well and happy being I have not seen him in 28 days this meant the world to me. People taking time to show a heart is rare in the medical field. This office was clean, well ran and professional from start to finish- what an excellent experience”
