“I looked up the phone number to call before my appt this am was so surprised to see the low star rating. I’ve used this lab many times and have never had an extended wait. If I did, it wouldn’t be an issue bc Lana is the best phlebotomist EVER. That’s saying a lot - I worked in a hospital for 25 years and have been stuck a lot. You don’t even feel it. Tube changes are so smooth. She’s thorough, kind, gives great info and ensures patients are at ease. She is a gem and because she is so skilled, I’ve recommended others to CPL.”
