I got my bloodwork on October 3rd 2019. It is now Oct 30th. Almost a month. We have still not received my results. Hopefully I'm healthy and not something going on. I'd be dead by the time these results get to my Dr.
Terrible customer service and inefficient. They make it much more difficult than it needs to be- don’t waste your time or money.
There were no other patients there when I went so I was able to have my blood work done quickly, however the technician apparently entered in my insurance id number incorrectly, which resulted in a huge billing fiasco.
I only went there because of insurance. I have never had a problem with anyone drawing blood until I went there. I have a huge knot and bruise. And still had to go have it done again because they used the wrong tubes?!
