The young guy in there is very nice and very helpful. However, T-Mobile just sucks in general. They're computers go down often, they're very strict on doing things for you but expecting the money, and they don't help they're workers.

Only reason I stayed with metro all them years it's becauwe od that man who works there Moses, everytime I have a problem or frustrated about something he always fix the problem with a positive attitude.
