“The females were very respectful they helped me out and directed me in the right directions. They persuaded me into doing beneficial things for my family and I and moving forward I will be asking for the help from a female worker when I return if any questions reach the surface. But for the male workers, they were very unprofessional and inconsistent with giving out the information that I very politely requested, and it seemed as if they did not want to help, and more so was bothered by my presence when I was only asking about my phone plans. He has HORRIBLE customer service skills and should be redirected immediately if possible.”

“I would like to give a shout-out to Brykeisha, who was working Monday night.
I was looking for a specific item and couldn’t find it on the sales floor. Before asking for help, I always make sure I’ve looked several times. The item also didn’t have an aisle location listed, so there wasn’t another place for me to check on my own. The first associate I asked, a heavyset white gentleman who was doing put-backs (I didn’t catch his name), didn’t any effort to check. He simply looked at me and said that if it wasn’t on the floor, they were out of stock. He didn’t offer to look in the back or see if there was any additional inventory elsewhere in the store.
A little later, I asked Brykeisha for assistance, and she provided outstanding customer service. She immediately took the time to look up the item, confirmed there was additional inventory in the back, and went to retrieve it for me without hesitation.
I truly appreciate Brykeisha’s willingness to help and the positive attitude she showed. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I came for, and that’s the kind of customer service that deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Brykeisha, for your professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service.”

“My favorite grocery store! And my daughters' favorite place for skincare, especially since they have a mini Ulta in there now. We've used the Target debit card for years so always get 5% off every purchase. I find the employees are very helpful. I do find that since their online ordering has picked up tremendously over the years, their customer service area inside is a little slower. Is what it is I guess because their app and online ordering is the best! As one of my girls puts it, "I could live at Super Target." All the food one could need, comfy places to use for sleeping in the home goods area, books, skincare, etc!”

“It use to be great now it's ok. They use to have these three young ladies there.They all had a weird names and spoke Spanish. They were all Puerto Rican I believe. One was like Izra she had curly hair and the other had an Asian name that started with a T. I can never pronounce it, I jus called her Tammy. The other had Red hair, she was a sassy. They use to help me with so much with my phones, And never felt like they were just selling stuff to me to make their commission. Those 3 were very friendly. The new employees are nice but they Don't really have that same patience those 3 ladies did. Man I use to give them hell with my issues. I hope they are all doing well.”
