Sold them some shoes and books today. Easy process to go in drop off and come back when they text they’re done looking at it. Easy $21 made and one less thing to clutter up my living room.

The PROS:
I stopped in to see what the hype was this past Saturday, I came to sell some big items and old clothes. They had some shoe event and people were going crazy. I was surprised how fast the sell back process went! I checked in and walked through the store. About a hour later I went in line to buy my stuff and see what they were offering for my stuff I brought they gave me $51 for everything. I would have liked more but I didn’t have to make a million posts on marketplace and I didn’t have to drive all over to meet people so I was pretty happy with it.
THE CONS:
Going on an event day it was so busy the store was not the neatest.
While checking out some irate customer started yelling and making a scene in the store but an older black lady got her out of there pretty quickly.
The cashiers talk too damn much so the line didn’t move the fastest.
I will be back tho.

Me and my daughter absolutely love this location . Came in to check this store out and loved it. The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The cute outfits are to die for and half price. So many baby items, I stocked up for a baby shower! Don’t even get me started on the shoe wall! So many options! During check out the cashiers told me a lot about the programs and points you can earn, so of course I signed up! Can’t wait to go back which will be very soon!

Love the book selection. Came in to check out the store and loved it! The staff was so inviting and friendly. Lots of cute outfits for half price, great selection of baby items and the shoe wall is insane! Checking out, the cashiers told me a lot about the rewards programs and points you can earn. Can’t wait to go back!

I went in to specifically buy diapers that they advertised on their Facebook today and some sleepwear for my daughter.
I wanted to buy 2 packs of diapers, but they were placed too high for the sales associate to reach so I only ended up buying one pack, and boy am I glad! When I got home I showed my husband and he immediately said bring them back! He looked up the exact brand, size and count at Walmart and once upon a child charged $2 more than what they sell for at Walmart. If I wanted to pay retail price I would have just gone straight to Walmart. This is half my fault since I didn't look it up before purchasing, but this store advertises that they have discounted prices.
The sleepwear section was extremely overstimulating with all the sleepwear jammed in like a can of sardines and not organized by size even though there were size cards on the racks.
I even saw clothes and shoes that were very visibly stained or torn up and priced way too high. This is very disappointing since they advertise to be gently used and discounted. I used to shop and sell here a lot, but the last few times I have gone I just haven't bought as much as I normally would because they are too overpriced for resale and quality.

Came into the store today and although they were extremely busy, the team working, was professional and working as fast as they could. You could tell they may have been short handed but still my experience was GREAT. They have a large selection of clothing with good prices and I always seem to find something. Just wanted to leave a review and say Thank you for making my day I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I will be back!!!

Today on August 14th 2025, I want there at 11:00 am to sell nice clothes and some were brand new with tags on them. They had nasty disgusting attitudes, telling me it will be a couple of hours. I went in three times asking if it were ready because I did not receive a code or alert that it was ready. So when I got there with my kids, all they had offer me for the clothes and shoes is $7.00. I had four nice girls outfits with tags on it and five boys outfit plus two pair of shoes. They were all clean and nice...after waiting 5 hours, all they offer me was 7 dollars!!!!!!!!!! I just knew they were going to try something slick with me. I will never do business with them. The first time I did business with them, they were great now it went to shit.

They buy brand name and new products for children and babies and I thought they didn't have anything I needed until on my way out I spotted a beautiful robe still in the plastic and brand new in my size! I couldn't help myself so I bought it and it had a headband plus a little blanket included! I only paid $15!

Absolutely love this place. The clothes are like new but cheaper! Laura is absolutely the best! Came in last minute after work trying to sell some things before we were off to Disney. They were no longer going to be able to turn the clothes around that day, but out of the goodness of her heart she went ahead and sorted them since we were leaving town the next morning. Just a great place all around! Amazing staff

This store is an absolute disaster. Kids running the front with nasty attitudes. Makes shopping there miserable. Let’s not mention how unorganized everything is. Behind the counter is a wreck. What do all these clothes go through before they’re sold for OVER half of retail?? I was greeted by a ROACH when I walked into the bathroom. Save your time and go shop elsewhere because after you come out of this store you feel like you’ve been robbed and gone through war. Used to love coming here but not anymore. BEWARE

I have been in this store many times, but I must say that my last visit was the best! Very organized, friendly staff and great selection! A special thanks to the kind lady, Nati, who helped assist me with where my daughters clothing size was and even pulling a beautiful dress to show us ( which we indeed purchased because of her help). Thank you!

The quality of clothes are gently used to new. The store is always neat and I order even on their busiest days. Their shoes stay stocked. The staff members are always pleasant and professional!

I came in yesterday on the holiday and was completely shocked to see the store open. I drove from Hammond but it was well worth the drive. The ladies who were up front were so funny and inviting, I honestly felt bad they were working so hard, the store was busy. I loved the check in QR deal. It was so fast and easy. I waited about 45 minutes for my stuff to be reviewed. They took several pieces and gave me $36 which I thought was great for used clothing my kids have outgrown and won't wear again. Yeah I could've donated to Goodwill but why when they will upcharge so ridiculously to the next customer. I enjoyed my day trip and this location. What will bring me back is the Alicia girl at the register- she kept telling me all of their social media sites and what events they have coming up. There was a black woman there that was telling everyone to move a little faster and pick up the pace so the line went quicker, I appreciated her motivation. I will travel back this way at the end of next month just to see what is new in store. GREAT JOB OUAC!

Good store to shop at but i would not sell , its a waste of time they give pennys for clothing along with the sister stores they’ll take 12 items & only give you $13 for everything. Just donate to charity or goodwill
