We are grateful for the customer service that we receive from the staff at Plank Road. The staff is so knowledgeable, patient and kind. We wouldn't bank anywhere else.

Went into this branch today with my mother to check for fraudulent activity with her account.We were assisted by the bank manager. She was extremely rude! I was helping my mother out to make sure she understood what was being asked! My mother is in her 80’s! The manager called, herself checking me about assisting her on the question. The manager basically told me to let her answer. She would explain it so that she could understand!What this manager didn’t understand the panic my mother in! This is why I brought her to the bank to straightened this matter out! She didn’t understand and thought her account was wiped out! Family members are going to make sure that the other is aware of what’s going on!Never again! I started to tell my mother to take her money somewhere else!

I typically don't leave negative reviews and most of my reviews are about food and restaurants. That being said, my experience at this Regions branch was not good at all. Not only was the wait time ridiculous just to deposit a check, then I was told a hold would be put on my deposit to verify the funds. It was a large amount but it was an insurance payment for my roof repairs. Mind you, I deposited almost the same amount of money at an alternative branch with zero issues. I tried to call the branch to inquire about the hold and I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes--either they forgot about me or had no intentions of helping me. While I was on hold I was at least able to chat with someone on the Regions app and get an answer. Meanwhile, I've banked with Regions for probably 25 years. I've always considered myself an extremely loyal person but this definitely makes me question whether or not I should be banking elsewhere.

This regions never has a working atm and the customer service is rude. I hate that every regions in a black neighborhood is like this it says something about how the company feels about those communities where people bank

Regions Bank as a whole practices computer driven NSF Fee traps. If you are a small business, be very careful with your debit card usage. NSF fee's are their goal using the "pending transaction" and "available funds con. You will be charge and NSF fee even on a transfer between account if a debit card transaction pops up from a subscription for instance.All legal theft.

I went to the bank to make a withdrawal on Saturday morning, June 8th, 2018. As usual, I placed the check along with my drivers license in the tube. When the young lady, who said her name was Veronica sent my cash to me, my license wasn't in the envelope and she swore that she NEVER SAW IT. I then parked my car and went inside. They made a show of looking for my license but of course didn"t find it because they had ALREADY GIVEN IT TO SOMEONE ELSE. HOW CARELESS CAN THEY BE. WITH ALL OF THE IDENTITY THEFT THAT IS GOING ON RIGHT NOW, I WOULDN'T EXPECT BANK EMPLOYEES TO BE SO CARELESS. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I HAD TO GO GET ANOTHER LICENSE THAT MONDAY. SOMEONE CONTACTED ME ON FACEBOOK TO SAY THEY HAD SEEN MY LICENSE AT A DOLLAR STORE ON FLORIDA BLVD, 5-7 MILES FROM THAT REGIONS BANK BRANCH. SAD!! SAD SAD!!

I recently opened an account for my basketball team, and Mecca helped me with swift amazing service. Although she was new to the branch, she never hesitated to ask for help from her supervisor to ensure she was doing everything she needed and in the correct order. I walked out happy knowing my team was well taken care of. Only problem is they do not have a restroom for customers to use, I had to go across the street to the McDonalds to use the restroom.

Every time I call I have to wait over 45 minutes and not be able to reach anyone for serious problems I have with my card. I love the bank but the over the phone customer service is horrible and I've never had a great experience with them. To sit on the phone for half an hour and then for them to hang it up is ridiculous. I'm just tired of the disrespect of their customer service line!
