We initially felt awkward going into a baby store to get Ricky the rain frog (Jellycat plush), but the owner conversed with us and I found a fellow Boston terrier lover. While I wasn’t shopping for a kid today, I found the store to be cute and well laid out. “This place is amazing! They have a wonderful variety of gifts and products for men and women. One of my favorite things is they keep a wish list of your favorite picks for people who want to shop for you! They have the absolute best customer service!! Rayanne and her staff always welcome you with a smile and they're knowledgeable about the products they're selling. My husband gave me a necklace for Christmas and when he wanted the matching earrings for my birthday they went above and beyond to make sure he received them in time. I frequently shop there, Rayanne and her staff are always greeting their patrons like family ❤️”

“Now THIS is customer service! My son wears a brace on his left leg. This is permanent and not from a temporary injury. School Time's owner, Jeff, took personal care of making sure my son's uniform pants could fit over the brace. A small strip had to be added to the inseam on one leg in order for this to happen. Jeff not only personally called me with updates, he personally DELIVERED the pants to us at my home to make sure they fit properly over the brace. And he only charged the standard hemming fee. I'm so thankful for his time and dedication to making sure my son is comfortable at school!”

“Love my local Shades! I’ve only been a few times, but anytime I go, they make me feel so welcome. We were greeted by the cutest golden lab named Addison (employee Mikey’s) and her ball when we came in today. I could’ve stayed in there playing fetch with her all day!! Abigail helped as we looked around. She showed us to the complimentary adult beverages and chatted with us, answering our questions. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and made us laugh (everything you want in good customer service). The store was very clean, and you can tell all the employees take much pride in their jobs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

“The owner (or her mom?) was very nice! I was on a time crunch and needed a white shirt with a peter pan collar for my son's birthday photos, and I called the store to find out if they had one in stock in his size. The owner answered the phone and advised that they did. I was able to grab him a shirt for a reasonable price in enough time to make it to my son's photoshoot with a few minutes to spare. I'm very glad this shop is in this area!”

“I have never seen such inventory in a children's store with clothing, toys and books. Shopped Mardi Gras for 6 of my 8 grandchildren. I love to go there myself. They have seasonal wear for every occasion and holiday in LA. Terrific LSU outfits, also.”
