“Being 974 miles away from home and having car problems is not something anyone wants to have. Called a few tow companies and asked who they recommend for possible transmission work and they recommended Mike's. Towed car there after hours and waited until the morning to make a call. From the start Brittany took charge and helped me out more than I can explain. She had recommendations on where to get a new to me transmission and helped when the first guy fell through. Found a transmission and it was dropped off yesterday and by 1pm the new one was in. They were so helpful and fast so I can work this weekend here. Without their help, this bad situation would have been much worse.
I appreciate the updates and the help getting my car back on the road.
The price was very fair, and am having a few things done next week before I head back home as well.
