The worst service and plus they don't give refunds for their own mistakes and is just the worst shop in baton rouge and they don't take responsability of their job

The young lady was very helpful and nice. I managed to do everything on the phone but my phone signal was bad there and she was able to do everything faster over the computer.

Uhaul is operated by extremely low intelligent individuals. This location is no different. I reserved a truck and went to pick it up, yet it wasn’t there.
