I sent a package with UPS on September 30, 2024. Today, after 44 days, the package still has not arrived. UPS informed me that responsibility has now shifted to USPS, even though I paid UPS for the service. When I contacted USPS, they told me they couldn’t do anything. I expected this package to arrive in September, and now it’s November with no resolution. In conclusion, I would not recommend UPS, as they do not take responsibility for their services.

they don’t close at 5 pm. the hours listed here are false. i came for a pick up at 4:30 and the doors say they close at 4:30. the employees said i could not pick up my package despite it usually only taking about 5 mins. please update the online hours, so people don’t waste their time.

It provides convince of managing your shipments. What is more comforting than knowing you have a place to conveniently ship items, gifts etc to your loved onces? And for purchases you’re not satisfied with, you can make a return using UPS
