Jalani is the best person I have ever met in my life. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me out over the course of hours. She was amazing the whole time and did everything in her power to help figure out the situation and she got it resolved for me. SHE DESERVES A RAISE IMMEDIATELY.
