My visit was ok, until I got chastised by the postal clerk for not placing the certified mail sticker over to the left just a little more. Then she tried to smooth things over. 😂

The lady that helped me was so sweet! I didn’t catch her name but she needs a raise. Her positive energy was infectious despite the long line. I was in and out in 5 minutes, bravo
