“Mrs. Beach is, without question, the best postal clerk I have ever encountered. She consistently greets every customer with a genuine smile and immediately sets a positive tone for the entire visit.
I would be remiss not to recognize the meaningful improvements she has brought to this station — from clearer product details to helpful mailing and shipping best practices. These enhancements elevate the customer experience and should absolutely be recognized by District leadership and replicated at other stations. On top of that, Mrs. Beach personally decorates the station for every holiday, entirely out of her own pocket — a true testament to her pride and care for this community.
She has transformed the postal experience by leading with patience, gratitude, and professionalism. Today, as I approached the counter, I overheard Mrs. Beach actively tracking down a package that had been mis-scanned multiple times over several days. Despite the challenges, she went above and beyond to ensure the customer finally received their package — something that speaks volumes about her commitment and compassion.

“Every staff member was extremely helpful in finding my missing package! I came to the office the day after a failed delivery when my package was not delivered the subsequent day. The woman working the desk and her supervisor were very helpful and even called the mailman who turned around on his route and came back to see if it was in one of the boxes. A few days after I put in the service request, Linda called and had located my package. She even stayed late so I could come pick it up! Mistakes happen, but the staff made a great experience out of what could have been a frustrating one! (:”

Never lost a package that have been shipped. Never damaged a package that have been shipped. Workers are very cooperative and professional. The business relationship is good. “Y'know, I have issues with my stuff getting delivered occasionally, but I don't sweat it too much because I know the folks who work these jobs have a chaotic workload each day. And every time I go in to the office to pick up or drop off a package, the ladies there are so sweet. I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I try to put things in perspective. USPS has been a fustercluck since Dejoy took over. The folks who work there are doing the best they can with what they have available.”
