About United States Postal Service
The United States Postal Service location at 4700 Millwood Dr is a very busy retail location that offers walk-in passport services. Customers report that the process for passports can be quick with the proper items, though there is often a line. While the self-service kiosk is sometimes down, the line generally moves very quickly and smoothly. Service is described as efficient and courteous. One employee in particular is consistently noted as being incredibly kind, helpful, and an asset, promptly resolving issues like lost packages. Some customers highly recommend this specific location for passport services, having had a much better experience here compared to others, with one being seen immediately without an appointment. Despite being busy and sometimes having insufficient staff, many find it to be a great and reliable go-to post office.

Clem ripped up my bag and wanted me to buy tape to tape it back up. She is so horrible. I asked for a supervisor and she said the supervisors were mailing out packages. Who is supervisor you lady. You need another job!! Nasty energy.

Always a line...never enough staff. Not the ppl who work there's fault though. They are pleasant enough for what they have to deal with.
