“Courier couldn't access”-
THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!!! And an ongoing problem with the inept staff from the USPS Millwood Branch at 4700 Millwood Drive, BR 70817. The counter staff to the couriers are flat out LAZY AND INCOMPETENT!!!
I work from home. The Hoo Shoo Too Road and Jefferson Hwy are the main access streets to my subdivision, both streets where open and flowing!!! No street in the subdivision or my street in particular had any access issues. The packages were TOO BIG FOR THE TRIFLING Carrier to stuff in the central mailbox so they just decided not to deliver it. This is not a new problem, it has been an intermittent longstanding problem for years. If disciplinary actions were taken maybe customers would get what their tax dollars and shipping fees are paying for. Privatizing the USPS would be great. Hopefully tRUMP makes some federal cuts at the Millwood location. Service couldn’t be any worse, than not getting your mail / packages timely.

The lady that was helping the customers was nice, however, it took 15 minutes to get through one customer and that lady did not appear to have any help. I got to the front and after waiting all that time, I was told they were out of money orders, funny thing is, they were out of money orders 6 months ago as well... ijs. Inefficient post office.

They kept trying to deliver a package outside of apartment complex hours . Marked me as vacant location although the complex gate was wide open all week! I was home the whole time. They didn’t even try to knock or deliver it to my front door at least. Sent my package all the way back to China! They never gave me an option to pick up at the post office either & I bet it is still there right now

God Bless the man with the grey beard at the front counter. He actually helped me and showed he cared instead of telling me it was too late to correct my problem.

The employees at this location are rude and have the nastiest of attitudes. They act as if you are inconveniencing THEM when you bring a package to ship or need assistance with such. After three recent trips and being met with the same disrespect each time….i have vowed to never return to this location again. UPS will get my business from now on. Lastly, as other reviews have said…I witnessed one employee literally throwing packages in a bin. Unacceptable. Don’t come here if you don’t want whatever you’re shipping to be broken or damaged!! 1 star is too many for this place. O stars is more like it!

I hate to say this but they are the worst post office I have been to!! Their attitudes are horrible!!!They think it's okay to toss packages. I've been there four times each time they are tossing packages into a bin. Even if they know what is In them they shouldn't throw the packages. they simply just don't care, they don't care if you know they don't care either. They'll give you an attitude. There's no management that cares to follow the rules . I've stopped getting my medication delivered to me because nobody comes to my door to get me to sign for it. They're just lazy!!!

I witness staff discriminating against helping a man and his family from Mexico who had an appointment for passport services. They told them to go stand by the window which they did for a while without help. The family finally left. I apologize to the family on behalf of the rudness and lack of service.

After giving a one star review for the bluebonnet location, I feel I need to get on here and give my five star review of the Woodlawn location. After waiting over an hour at the bluebonnet location for passport services with an appointment I left and came to the Woodlawn location And was seen immediately without an appointment and was in and out within five minutes. Highly recommend this location for your passport services!!!

I've been here only a few times, and not only to the staff not seem to care whatsoever about their job and responsibilities... But they are the most unethically rude individuals I have ever had an interaction with. I find it unfortunate everytime I have to go here because I just know the interaction will never be desireable at this place! At some point I was Standing in line and realized the staff don't care to speak louder once they are ready for another customer… they just get on there phone and mumble “Next customer” and you can only hope to hear them or some other customer to hear. Its all around pathetic.

Customer service is poor. U stand in line 15 minutes before someone wait on you an your the only person waiting in line. An they lazy don't even wanna scan your label ask me to go print it an come back. When I never had to do that with my regular post office I used. An the attitude is terrible. Just throw the whole post office away

The employees in this location are totally rude unfortunately they keep doing that because there’s probably no management they need to change these employee every time I go to this location there’s one old lady with curly hair yelling at people and being rude I understand that she doing her job and is busy all day but if she don’t like to do her job just quit she don’t need to be rude no anyone people comes to this location because we’re paying for our services and coming to this places and deal with employees like that it’s not fair so please change your employees or train them how to treat people because this is a us place treat people right.

If the government is involved, you can bet it will be subpar speed and subpar service. Today around 3:00, two weeks before Christmas there was one (ONE) person working the counter. While I was still there in line, another person came back from break or lunch to make 2 people. SLOW SLOW SLOW. Not to mention, the last three packages I've been waiting on from USPS, exactly NONE of them were delivered on the expected delivery date. The first one arrived to my city on a Friday, and it took a whole week to get it. It got delivered the following Friday. It's to the point I don't want to do business with anyone who uses USPS to ship their products. Why can't you be as efficient as a UPS or FEDEX?
