This location needs 0 stars this is a horrible place to shop and pick up your meds never answers the phone I'm glad I'm moving my medicine somewhere else very slow horrible customer service. If ignorant was a person this is it

I hate coming to this store!!! They hang up on me and others when we call.. We stand in line for 30 minors at a time. Sometimes almost an hour. They move so slow with multiple workers back there. This is DIABOLICAL!!!

We have been calling in prescription refills for a week at the plank road location. Always hangs up on us. Then we I try to call the pharmacy. It still hangs up. Finally the only way I can get anyone to answer the phone. I have to call store manager then they try to transfer me over to pharmacy. Hangs up on me again. Ridiculous.
