“We have Blaze Grills appliances throughout our outdoor kitchen. We have been very happy with the quality. I did have a screw on the BBQ that somehow came off and overtime the grates had some wear and tare, but when I reached out to HQ about replacement parts, they replaced them on the spot. the customer service from Hope was world class. she made the process so simple and was incredibly helpful. This is so rare to find these days. It's safe to say that I will be a Blaze Grills customer for life!”

“Great place to deliver to! Parking outside gate til they open it after midnight. Wal Mart just down the street as well!. My dogs hung out in the yard til time to go! Very nice people. Would do this load again for sure!”
“Where you check in is not where you will be loading there is a bathroom driver lounge where the shipping office is loading docks are .5 to 3.5 miles away if your loading at 13 it will be on your left in a tan building with a little sign that says Wilson 13 I loaded at blg 14 which is about a .5 mile on your right across from Saia trucking you will have to back in off the road but there room to flip the truck around the docks are between two tan buildings you can back up anyone that’s available if you pass it go to the light make a left and at the next light make a left and then your back at Choctaw good luck”

“Come here few times a week. Today I had a little issue with my trailer on my morning drop and had to get it fixed ASAP. Had appt for 1. Got here a bit late yet they helped me out and loaded me right away. As long as you come here calmed and with a good attitude they work with you. Never had a problem here. That’s why I give them 5 stars”
“So the first thing I did was called I had to find out how early I could show up before my appointment. I was informed that you can show up anytime after 4 PM as they do vendors during the night and early mornings I showed up at 6 PM my appointment wasn’t until 3 AM the following day the check-in process was easy. The guards were amazing at 12:30 midnight 30. The guard came and knocked on my door to verify my gate pass they done moved me to a door at that point by the time I got in the door you walk in and your paperwork capstone will text you with your link to pay then they will call you when your paperwork is ready. I was out of the gate by 2 AM so I was in and out before my original appointment time. When I informed capstone supervisor that I was impressed he said well let everyone know that they have a new supervisor and the long wait times that are on here should not be happening anymore so give this place another shot. I’m glad things were changed.”
“I can’t say this place is perfect but staging starts at 4pm after you are unloaded you do have to leave the premises be mindful we are all human people get tired!!”
