“Not too bad, but big on safety and procedure. Co-located with Exxon truck stop. Must have safety vest to check in. Once you get your door assignment, open doors and slide tandems to the rear, then go dock. Someone will come out and chock your tires, disconnect and lock your air line, and take your key until they are finished. Then return to the check-in office to get your paperwork. Do not arrive more than 30 minutes early.”

“Been to this place twice. Picked up at the port warehouse once and at warehouse 14. Warehouse 14 was blindside from the 4 lane street but traffic was minimal and the alley style docking was wide. Around 14:00 weekday was the time in case anyone trying to judge the traffic for the blindside one. They have warehouses spread out in different parts of the city so you will be directed to one of those after checking in at the shipping and receiving office. The lady at the shipping window was also nice. Both times I came the process averaged about 1 1/2 hours between the two”

“I don’t no why people had bad reviews here I come to drop off a load appointment time was 3am I cheacked in at 1:30am got unloaded in 45 minutes cheacked out at 2:20am”

“These folks are slammed. The dock personnel are running as fast as they can. They are friendly and try there best to be fair to all the drivers I believe. I can appreciate that. I have had no problems with any of the clerks in the office. One came by and signed my papers today. I did notice a noticeable change in the cleanness of the warehouse today. It's WAY cleaner and more organized than it has been in the past.”
