“Excellent location for peace and quiet, no traffic it's away from the road, it's got plenty parking, very clean everywhere you look the grounds are nicely landscaped, there is a very nice area where you can cook outside with grill picnic tables. Staff is awesome ? ? ? very friendly, polite, well spoken ? ? room was clean ? ? ? yes the chair had some spots on it, and there was no vent in the bathroom so there was rust on the door frame and hinches, but I don't consider that dirt. Hallway, stairs, entrance to the hotel clean ? always fresh coffee ☕ ? I would stay there again ???✌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very pleasant experience”

“The R Bar has that go-to local feel with a really nice bar tender, good drinks, and easy crowd. The “shot n’ a beer” menu is great, and the atmosphere is more inviting than most other spots in the area. Definitely recommend.”

“We’ve hosted a writer’s retreat twice here and plan to rebook next year. They do a fantastic job with our event, the rooms and courtyards are charming and staff extremely friendly. Highly recommend!”

“Beautifully remodeled rooms. Lovely customer service staff. My only disappointment was they removed the bath tubs and I really like a good soak after a lot of walking. But a shower stall is becoming the norm in hotel rooms now, so can't fault them for that. They do now have coffee makers in the rooms, so that is a huge plus! The Hotel St. Marie is a wonderful hotel right in the French Quarter, well located. Highly recommended.”

“I can't say enough about the fabulous humans who work here! The rooms, courtyards, and location is perfect, but the staff make it! I will be back! I loved Nola and loved the wonderful experience here. Thanks you Ronald for keeping track of our bags!”

“Great location for the hotel and updated amenities make it a great option when staying in NOLA. I used the JW during the most recent Mardi Gras. The location right next to the parade route made it a breeze to walk out into the festivities. Great customer service during the check in process and a well-stocked concierge lounge.Walkability: Great proximity to other hotels, good nearby food options.”

“Lunch here was outstanding. My group had many things off the small but interesting menu - smash burgers, chicken katsu sandwich, salads, lettuce cups, bork belly.Service was great.Food itself was amazing. You could tell that a great amount of care and attention to detail was put into every single dish - fresh ingredients and how it was cooked, prepared, and served - even the French Fries.Highly recommended.”

“Great hotel!! Beautiful property with a super friendly staff. In a great location within walking distance to several noteworthy places. One of the nicest Hyatt boutique hotels I have stayed in.”

“what a fantastic stay we had at the Hotel Monteleone!!! Everyone from the valet, bell men, concierge, room service and front desk were pleasant and helpful. The location is ELITE. Right in the heart of the French Quarter with everything within walking distance. We will definitely be back.”

“So far so good! Very friendly, accommodating staff and perfect location. The hotel is right on the edge of the French Quarter so you can easily walk to all the cool, quirkiness of it, eat, sightsee, people watch, and then walk back to the hotel in 10-15 minutes. Another bonus is that the tour busses pick you up right from the hotel. I should add that the complimentary breakfast was huge!Nearby activities: Right next to the French Quarter.”

“Great location, close to Mother's and the French Quarter. Check-in was a bit of a fiasco trying to unload the luggage as the drive thru was blocked off so had to fight with a sloping sidewalk and a lot of rain. Apparently a lot of people were signing in at once, hence the lack of bellboy support. Went thru 3 people (friendly but a little overwhelmed) at the front desk before I received room cards. They take a $250 deposit which should be given back in 4-6 business days. Received a pressure sell to attend an update meeting even though we were only there 2 nights, which I respectfully declined. The room itself was nice and we appreciated the complimentary laundry area to wash some clothes. All in all I wouldn't rule this place out as our previous stay went much smoother.”

“A lovely quiet little place the museum was nice and free the gift shop was excellent and it was convenient to a lot of locations and right Off-highway.Rooms: The room was very spacious the bathroom was luxurious with plenty of tiles and shower was excellentSafety: I loved the safety and security and you had to get special locks used elevator side doors and even enter and at night they had a 24 hour security guard It's so very safe..Walkability: Just short walks from restaurants bars and attraction and not far from burban street easy quick walk”

“Overall very nice! Other than the host seating you close to others when more tables were open. It left no room for intimate conversation, when you're seated so close to others in a fairly empty space. Server and food 10 out of 10!!”

“Amazing experience. Hands down the coolest place to stay in Nola. Todd (the owner) was extremely helpful and hospitable. The location was super convenient and the property itself is stunning. Very "New Orleans". Could not recommend enough.”

“My wife and I absolutely loved Couvant! The staff really saved our evening from a disastrous reservation at another restaurant. Each dish was expertly prepared and absolutely delicious. I had the butternut squash soup and the chicken (poulet); I highly recommend both. Although the wait times were a little long, that’s to be expected during Mardi Gras.”

“We stayed just 1 day and were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded (I've never been upgraded before). I prefer to stay in boutique hotels over national brands, and this hotel is no exception. The staff is very friendly and eager to help with anything. While there is no breakfast, there is coffee available in the lobby. Everything is within walking distance. I parked my car (the cost is $45 around the corner) and forgot about it until we checked out. Will gladly stay here again.”

“Maison Perrier is hands down the most authentic, charming, and inviting place to stay in New Orleans! We hope to only stay there on all future visits. The location is perfect- walking distance to all our needs and safe/quiet streets for parking. The room was spacious and beautiful! Breakfast was delicious! See you soon Tom & Patricia!”

“This is definitely a hotel I can say made my travels so much better the location is within walking distance to many new Orleans destination s staff was super helpful with all my questions and you need to try this completely breakfast because it is not your typical scrambled eggs and waffles so many fresh daily options that rotate then they also have the same style with dinner I can't say anything negative about this hotel except my only let down was the pool and hot tub were down and was told it would be fixed and the 3 days I was there unfortunately it did not work any of those days but how everything else went with the hotel I can say that one issue with so many positives. Will be back when I'm in town for business.Rooms: Many great options with many great views”

“A nice hotel on St Charles Ave, attached to the Superior Grill Mexican restaurant and near a trolley stop. Our room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit tight but there was an additional sink area when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice feel to this hotel and we will definitely choose it again!”

“Cute place. Shares courtyard with another house that has guests. Hot tub doest heat up but can be soothing after a hot day of running around. Would be nice if it worked. Located in a great spot. There is also an amazing breakfast spot on the corner. Dat dog is a short walk down the way. Neighborhood is relatively quiet. Place was clean. Will try and return evey time i come to New Orleans.”

“Location was excellent. Right in the middle of the action but still didn't feel unsafe. The noise level was fine and I had a balcony facing the street. Rooms were a bit dark and could use an upgrade but it was still comfortable.”

“It was my first hostel experience in The US. I stayed 3 nights. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Location of the hostel is good enough. You can reach many touristic area by street car, easily. To met and spent time with volunteer friends from different countries and cultures was very nice. All of them were super friendly. Thank you!”

“Best hotel in the French quarter. The showers are spacious. The beds are comfortable. The balconies are a great place to people watch. And the service is great. If I could improve thing it would be the sound proofing of the doors that lead out onto the balcony. The bars surrounding the hotel play loud music until 4 am as they should since it is the French Quarter. But its a pain to try to sleep through when it sounds like they are playing in your room.Nearby activities: Its located in the center of the French quarter so there is plenty to do within walking distance, between eating quick bites, fine dining, karaoke, bars, night life etcWalkability: Great place to walk all of the French quarter from.”

“My husband is from NOLA but we live out of town now. We stayed the night 1/6/24.This is a safer part of NOLA to stay-Staff was so very friendly to us (I think her name is DeAundra? And the new employee who is a male)-Room was up to date, CLEAN, and comfortable. Room can be made VERY dark with the curtains even during the day. Nice coffee maker with pods, real cups, next to its own sink.-Bathroom has its own sink also. Large spacious stand up tile shower.CONS? (Not really)-No vending machine, but the lobby does offer snacks, drinks from a nice cooler fridge, with some microwave food options as well. The drinks were about $3 each.-No bathtubs in this hotel, but that’s not a problem for me.”

“Perfect location for a visit to New Orleans in general if you want to be a little bit away from the noise of Bourbon. It was really the perfect location for walking to the Saints game. So many food, coffee, and drink options in the hotel alone. Everyone was so nice & smiling, hotel was clean, our room was MASSIVE I think it was the corner king. Fully stocked snack bar and Smeg fridge too. The Ace branding & vibe is so cool too, everything is clever & very thought out.Rooms: Our corner king was huge! The room had so much character, I gasped when I opened the door. I’ve never stayed in such a cool room.Walkability: There’s so much to do and see in the hotel alone. But it’s walking distance to a ton of bars and restaurants, the smoothie king center & superdome, still walkable to bourbon and all that fun as well!Food & drinks: So good!! We had breakfast & room service from JE and drinks from Alto and the Lobby Bar. 10/10”

“The One11 was a wonderful hotel in an old sugar warehouse. The lobby, bistro, bar area is done in a retro style that accentuates the warehouse feel. Our room was not a typical rectangular room of modern highway motels. Old beams and brick were left to add an interesting atmosphere. The hotel location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter, the riverfront, and a pretty easy walk to the WWII Museum. We did not eat there. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

“Cute little hotel right in the middle of the french quarter.Pros - Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room is small but with all the basics: coffee maker, closet, bathroom amenities, iron and tv; comfortable bed with good linensCons - Lots of street noise, from party goers at night to the 5 am trash truck everyday. The room was not dirty, but it was also not very clean (found a couple of small roaches, hairs in the bathroom and dust on the floor). No other amenities in the hotel like restaurant, gym, etc. Not a big deal for me but I know some people do look for that kind of stuff.Overall, good place for the price, specially the location if you don`t mind the noise.”

“The hotel is in such a nice location for visiting New Orleans. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough for a quick drive. Easy and cheaper parking than many other hotels in the area. The staff is so friendly! The rooms are cleaned very well and the bath tubs are huge. Complimentary breakfast is always a win when you’re in a hurry out the door in the mornings. Highly recommend staying at this Hampton inn.”
