“I booked my room here after Townsplace Suites had construction in the hotel and didn't post anything online after I booked my reservation with them a week ago. I'll never book with them again after they tried to keep my $400 and fault me for not staying. Best Western Plus Hotel was great and service was A1. The complementary breakfast was delicious. They have a bar on site, pool and hot tub on site too.”
“Place is out there and nice, only issue was the atms and voucher machines throughout the casino were out of service. You would think they would keep up with them in one of new Orleans biggest weeks of travel”

“We enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Harvey New Orleans Westbank. The hotel was clean, quiet, safe, and comfortable. Our room was spacious, and we appreciated having the small kitchen and full-size fridge. Staff was friendly, breakfast was included, and the complimentary popcorn and chocolate chip cookies in the lobby were our favorite part. Easy 15-minute drive to downtown New Orleans. The only downside was that the room key cards were inconsistent, so we had to request assistance from the front desk multiple times. Would recommend!”
