“This store is the most helpful and friendly Cellular store I have ever been to. I needed to change the number on one of my phones, and within a few minutes I had my new number. I was asked if I liked free things, and I said that was one of my favorite words. They gave me an Apple Watch. Who does that. They actually seem to care about helping people solve their problems. More stores should be run like this. AT&T could learn some lessons here. I will buy my families next iPhones from the guys at this New Orleans store.”
“Review for: The two young men who work at the Verizon Wireless store were extremely helpful to me in setting up my new phone. One, was the manager, tall, young, Black gentleman, and the other young Latino gentleman. My phone carrier couldn’t help me with a final step due to an issue on my side. So I had to go into a brick and mortar location. They were pleasant, calm, fast and efficient.

“Pick up an online order from this store. Pick up was easy however in order for them to set up your phone and download from cloud and all that they charged $35 or so. I guess it is not their policy but corporate policy I don’t know.

They are a different kind of internet, and a great fit for a different kind of city.”

Not a very technical person, a very nice young lady took and transferred my info to my new phone and downloaded and backed up my information to the cloud to free up memory. Very nice and courteous younger lady,very well versed in the phones,their operation, and the sales and promotions. Very pleased with everything”
“Great customer service! I stopped in this location because I heard great things about Ahmad. While I chose to stop there on my way home form work at 4:45PM, that was my decision and I expected to wait. I waited about 10-15 minutes because there were a few customers there before me but my experience was well worth it. I left at 5:35PM with a new phone. The longest part was transferring my info over to the new phone. Ahmad provided great customer service and the other team members were doing a wonderful job as well. Great location. Would recommend to anyone.”

“I just called sparkling to get internet today. An appointment was set up for next week. After hanging up with the guy he called me right back and said that there was a cancelation and they could out today between 3 and 4pm. The guy that came out introduced him self and got right to work. There was a problem with the lines in our rv but the technician had a work around for us. He completed the job, cleaned up after him self and my service is working great.”
