No autopay… when you do pay, it doesn’t register the correct time. This is the ONLY bill in any household I’ve had that I can’t autopay every bill or even effectively register an account.

I’m not commenting on the parish per se but wanted to give INFRAMARK a shout out. Their employees who were on call Saturday 2/11/23 were great. Not only did they come out to our house for a non-emergency on the weekend, they worked extra hard to get us water. After the knob on the meter by the street was unable to move and then they helped us to turn it to work on something at our house, the knob completely broke off when we were attempting to start our water again. They came and worked on our house at night in colder weather to completely change out the meter on/off valve. They were efficient and got to us promptly. I’m upset we didn’t get their names especially the guy who replaced it in the dark. Thank you for getting our water back on in the middle of the night.

Horrible. Tried calling and no one answers the phone (called at 1:50pm). Also, we never get our bill on time. One time the bill came in the mail AFTER it was due for that month. Whereas all our other bills come in on time, so I know it isn't the mails fault. Thank goodness I have internet and am able to check it myself. Absolutely no excuse for the bill to never be on time and to not answer the phone.

Never answered the phone called 5 times! Needed an explanation on where they are located. In the same building as the animal shelter. Would have been nice to know since I couldn't see in the pouring down rain! 0 stars

Their online bill pay has been down. When I called they said it just got fixed. Well it's not fixed. When asked about late fees I'm given the directors number. This is wrong. Just don't give us late fees when your system is broke. They are rude and forget they work for the taxpayers.

Would give 0 stars if it would allow me to. Would never recommend for any human being to ever go here , the people are all miserable and the customer service is non existent. An inconvenience to everyone In plaquemines parish, they don’t take online payments so you have to pay there in cash or check. For the sake of your own soul do not go here bad experience.

There are tons of military families there and yet you have to go in person or mail something in order to have your water disconnected for a move?! This place is a joke and needs to be brought into the current century. They JUST got online bill pay but you cant auto pay!

Worst customer service ever, just so rude!!!! While I was getting my water turned on in my new house, 2 people were in the there because they received their bills late!!
