Brookshire's Pharmacy provides helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable service from its pharmacists, with customers often very pleased. The store usually offers very good service, though some delays can occur. Management has shown compassion, taking time to help and support customers during difficult times. However, there are instances where management needs improvement, such as following up on issues like refunds for damaged items. While some departments like the bakery have caused significant disappointment, the overall staff is recognized for being compassionate and helpful.
Unlike the one in Haughton, this one is actually helpful and the staff is super nice

My husband and I have recently switched our entire profile to Brookshire’s pharmacy from CVS. The pharmacists here are so helpful, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. We are most pleased with their service!
