“100% recommend these guys. I was just passing through the state when I broke down just outside of Shreveport. I managed to limp my vehicle into town for repairs. The dealership mechanics wanted me to overnight my vehicle, but these guys told me to come on in, they took a look at my truck as soon as I drove in, listened to me when I told them what I thought the problem was, checked to verify my suspensions, and then promptly worked on hunting down the part I needed when the issue was confirmed. They got me back on the road within minutes of getting the new part in and all without trying to up sell me on repairs I didn't need. These guys are great. “Absolutely amazing people. My truck broke down in the middle of the night from a busted coolant line. I was stranded at 2am in a city I did not know. I had to get a tow to this location because it was the only place close enough to me and God was looking down on me. I had to sleep in my truck until the store opened at 7:30. When it did, the gentlemen at this store were extremely kind, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the right part, connecting and getting me to a near by mechanic and helping me get everything that I needed. God bless these men. I would highly highly recommend this store to anyone needing help. O’Rielly’s should be proud to have employees like these. Dan and Carl, you two have no idea how much your help meant to me and I am extremely grateful. You helped a stranded, scared and alone young woman feel safe and taken care of. God bless you. I went to my mechanic and he recommended Raney’s. I went by and got a great price. They did a tremendous outstanding fine job. “I live in Texarkana and won't go to the uapi here anymore because the staff there are unprofessional smart Alek disrespectful and rude. Always trying to put the screws to you when you get to the pay window (ohhhh you wanted a radio with knobs and buttons? That'll be 20$ extra for the knobs) or something similar to this. I have purchased a front bumper from the location in Shreveport and had a good experience. They pulled the part and shipped it to the Texarkana location and were very straightforward and for a good price. If only the guys in the Texarkana location could be like the guys in the Shreveport location.”

“Had to take my 2010 Nissan Cube in and they were absolutely amazing. Not only did they fix my car, but they treated me with respect and didn't try to get money by doing anything unnecessary. Everywhere else was trying to charge me 500 bucks for all 4 spark plugs and coils when only one needed to be replaced. Thanks for helping me out and treating me right. I noticed on the wall behind the registers y'all had a bunch of signs of Barney Fife and referring to fairness and morals. Y'all definitely live up to it. PS, my car has never ran smoother.”
