“Several months ago, I had a fender-bender and brought my car here. CBS Collision (now Gerber Collision & Glass) had my rear bumper replaced and painted to match the body color. But for some reasons, the paint peeled off. Then I made a review and Gerber Collision had my car re-scheduled for painting. They eventually did the re-painting and it has been about a year now since then and no peeling off of the paint.Very GRATEFUL and THANKFUL that they did the repainting of the rear bumper.Service: Painting”

Scott provided some of the best service I've had anywhere in a lonnnnng time. He helped get my car in when I could work it in my schedule. He communicated with me well the whole time they had my car. The insurance company did not give enough on the estimate. He contacted them, got them to approve more, and received the money from them. I didn't have to do anything! He helped me save some money, too! He even picked me up from the rental company after dropping it off when my husband couldn't leave work in time to come get me to make sure I wasn't stranded. “NICE NICE NICE GUYS. Our motor home generator stopped working while we were at Tyler, Texas. With the help of many, we narrowed the problem down to bad fuel pump. I called these guys and explained our problem and possible solution. They had the parts in stock and said they could work on the bus first thing next morning. We were there at 8:00am. We left at 1:00pm with everything working great. Can't say enough for the whole team. It's a small shop but extremely efficient in what they do. “Brought my brand new truck in because I was hearing a grinding noise. I suspected it was the water pump. They confirmed it was. At first they told me it was going to be 10 to 12 days because they were going to have to order the part. They called me the next day and told me they were able to get a water pump from a dealership in Dallas. They were able to replace the water pump and everything was working great. I was able to get my truck back the next day.”

“I was recommended this place by a friend because Shreveport's beautiful neighborhood roads destroyed my rocker panels. I had a couple of quotes from some smaller neighborhood body shops so when I was quoted a price that was about a hundred bucks cheaper I was pleasantly surprised. My vehicle was ready in about 1 and a half days and that's including the time it took to have parts delivered. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the speed of service. They had some paint left over and even did some touch up painting for me. When I received my keys I noticed that they also cleaned the inside of my car as well. I could tell because it has been about 3 weeks since my last wash and the rain since then left my car dusty. My 2010 charger looks great now. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will definitely be returning again to have my decals removed and maybe a complete repaint. Diane Zielinski and Matt Henry were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Both had excellent customer service.”
