“Wonderful Service! We stopped to get gas on our way out of town, and our vehicle wouldn’t start when we were ready to go. We walked over to AutoZone behind the gas station, and they promptly came to test the vehicle. Our battery was not charging, so they installed a new battery. Very professional! I appreciated they didn’t just send us on our way (knowing we were traveling); but they took the time to rerun the testing to be sure the alternator and starter were in good shape, too. Thank you, AutoZone and Jakob, for taking such good care of our family and helping to get our baller back on the road to the fields as soon as possible. We appreciate you!”
“Had to take my 2010 Nissan Cube in and they were absolutely amazing. Not only did they fix my car, but they treated me with respect and didn't try to get money by doing anything unnecessary. Everywhere else was trying to charge me 500 bucks for all 4 spark plugs and coils when only one needed to be replaced. Thanks for helping me out and treating me right. I noticed on the wall behind the registers y'all had a bunch of signs of Barney Fife and referring to fairness and morals. Y'all definitely live up to it. PS, my car has never ran smoother.”
