“I was recommended this place by a friend because Shreveport's beautiful neighborhood roads destroyed my rocker panels. I had a couple of quotes from some smaller neighborhood body shops so when I was quoted a price that was about a hundred bucks cheaper I was pleasantly surprised. My vehicle was ready in about 1 and a half days and that's including the time it took to have parts delivered. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the speed of service. They had some paint left over and even did some touch up painting for me. When I received my keys I noticed that they also cleaned the inside of my car as well. I could tell because it has been about 3 weeks since my last wash and the rain since then left my car dusty. My 2010 charger looks great now. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will definitely be returning again to have my decals removed and maybe a complete repaint. Diane Zielinski and Matt Henry were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Both had excellent customer service.”

Not only did Kevin and Dillon repair my vehicle before the estimated completion time, I could not even tell where my vehicle had been damaged!
While the repairs were being completed thoroughly and professionally, Vicky kept me informed through every step of the repair process, including the complicated insurance paperwork.
A short time later, I ended up having a vehicle that was rear ended by an 18 wheeler and was deemed a total loss by insurance.

“I haven’t gotten any work done here (yet). But I did call to get an estimate and the guy who answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me some options to try before bringing in my car to see if it fixed the problem which I was so thankful for. Most places try to get you to bring it in even when you don’t need to so they can make a buck off of you so I was very impressed by this. As a female I tend to get ripped off so I appreciate the respect and helpfulness. If I do end up needing work I will only be coming here. 10/10 customer service.”

I don't have to come up here much other than for maintenance, I mean it's Nissans so they don't break down. I attended the Christmas party and let me tell you, they're are people who I do not know but they know me by first name. I was told 4 times that I was considered family. In this day and age, a dealership that not only remembers your name but also considers you as part of the family is unprecedented. I will always own a Nissan from Orr Bossier. If you want to be treated right before and after the sale, come here and do business. The owner is a local guy and if you didn't know he owned the place you couldn't pick him out 8n a crowd.
