“This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting repairs done! Only took 3-4 hours to fix my muffler that another place wanted to have for days and quoted much much more. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable as well. Hope I don’t need them again but will definitely recommend to anyone that does.”
“I was recommended this place by a friend because Shreveport's beautiful neighborhood roads destroyed my rocker panels. I had a couple of quotes from some smaller neighborhood body shops so when I was quoted a price that was about a hundred bucks cheaper I was pleasantly surprised. My vehicle was ready in about 1 and a half days and that's including the time it took to have parts delivered. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the speed of service. They had some paint left over and even did some touch up painting for me. When I received my keys I noticed that they also cleaned the inside of my car as well. I could tell because it has been about 3 weeks since my last wash and the rain since then left my car dusty. My 2010 charger looks great now. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will definitely be returning again to have my decals removed and maybe a complete repaint. Diane Zielinski and Matt Henry were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Both had excellent customer service.”

“I haven’t gotten any work done here (yet). But I did call to get an estimate and the guy who answered the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me some options to try before bringing in my car to see if it fixed the problem which I was so thankful for. Most places try to get you to bring it in even when you don’t need to so they can make a buck off of you so I was very impressed by this. As a female I tend to get ripped off so I appreciate the respect and helpfulness. If I do end up needing work I will only be coming here. 10/10 customer service.”

“I came back from Christmas vacation haven't driven my car in a week. The battery was dead and AAA came and said it needed to be charged. The next day my battery was still dead and AAA came again and said the same thing. Once they jumped it, I headed straight to O'Reilly. Chloe was very helpful and knowledgeable!! She tested my battery and went over the options for my indeed dead battery. She helped me pick a new battery and installed it. I am so thankful she was there and willing to install my new battery.”
