I was also very pleased that with the financing department. He got us in and out of his office in 10 minutes, made it very easy, and didnt try to push anything extra on us.

“I was recommended this place by a friend because Shreveport's beautiful neighborhood roads destroyed my rocker panels. I had a couple of quotes from some smaller neighborhood body shops so when I was quoted a price that was about a hundred bucks cheaper I was pleasantly surprised. My vehicle was ready in about 1 and a half days and that's including the time it took to have parts delivered. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the speed of service. They had some paint left over and even did some touch up painting for me. When I received my keys I noticed that they also cleaned the inside of my car as well. I could tell because it has been about 3 weeks since my last wash and the rain since then left my car dusty. My 2010 charger looks great now. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I will definitely be returning again to have my decals removed and maybe a complete repaint. Diane Zielinski and Matt Henry were both very friendly and knowledgeable. Both had excellent customer service.”

“I've been using Gene's tire for years now, don't trust those other fly by night shops. Had a slow leak in a tire that was taking about 2 weeks before my low tire sensor would indicate a low tire. I could not find th eleak any where. Went in and they found the issue. I never would have found it. Leak was from what looked like a sewing needle. I highly recommend this place.”

He gave me some options to try before bringing in my car to see if it fixed the problem which I was so thankful for. Most places try to get you to bring it in even when you don’t need to so they can make a buck off of you so I was very impressed by this. As a female I tend to get ripped off so I appreciate the respect and helpfulness. If I do end up needing work I will only be coming here. 10/10 customer service.”

“I was driving from Austin, TX to Philadelphia, PA with my mom, and my check engine light came on as we were getting to Shreveport, LA. We stopped at Scotty’s just to see if anyone could do anything and the owner, Brian Young, was extremely kind and helpful. It was not an issue he had time to fix while we waited, but he figured out what the problem was and assured us that we could drive the rest of our way without further issue. He even called us to check in a few hours later, because he wanted to make sure that we were alright.
