“I have used Citizens bank to managed finances for multiple businesses for 5 years now. This bank is professional on the Highest level. Larry Ross is my banker and works incredible hard and is on point with top notch service. A wonderful lady named Lynn works closely with Larry to guarantee quality service. I have tried several other banks for satellite locations for my companies, including Chase Bank and have closed the accounts because the service and culture is so bad. I would recommend Citizens Bank over all banks and especially the business department. I’ve never had a single bad experience and I personally and I am not always easy to deal with”

Some years ago a waitress stole my account number and made a bunch of charges. That was on Sunday. Monday morning I called the bank and the kind and competent lady stayed on the phone with me and worked to get everything squared away. The complaints I see here are obviously from 'Karens' that have no idea how banks work.”
