Brookshire's Pharmacy has excellent staff who are patient and kind. They take extra steps to help with unusual situations and problems. The pharmacy is professional, and staff take pride in their work. They provide convenience, value, and courtesy calls if medicine is delayed, showing they care about their customers. Brookshire's Pharmacy handles prescriptions and refills smoothly, even with uncommon medications or pre-authorization needs.
Am on hold regularly for at least 30 minutes to an hour or longer. Wouldn't bother calling just go in.

Brookshire's was a lot faster most of the time they always have their drive-thru open and you didn't have to stay in the line with 20 other people to get your medicine and then call and your own help for 30-40 minutes it sucks because I'm not able to go instead and spin and wait
