They still have a top-notch selection, friendly staff, and they do put polo on sale in summer and winter to usher in the Polo spring and winter clothing. Fine colognes, designer shoes and suits. With brick and mortar stores struggling against Amazon, online stores and strip malls, I’m glad that Dillard’s is still around!”

“I love Ross!!! I can find nice pieces of clothes to add to my wardrobe. They even have some cute inexpensive formal dresses if you’re on a budget. Now I LOVE ❤️ to get ou dog Twister dog beds, clothes and other pet supplies from here. You can also get comforters, towels, rugs , lamps and decor. Depending on the day you can find designer shoes there as well. I love this place as I can always find a nice bargain on a budget .”

“I have been shopping at this location for over 12 years! They have always had great plus size selection and always able to find some kind of great deal!
Well, the weekend we met Lonnie in jewelry and Dajae in customer service, checking us out was a great shopping day!
Lonnie was so patient, kind and just a great guy that assisted me in finding a new gold chain and because of him showing us everything I requested and took the time, I found a beautiful pendant as well! The older lady with the chic short haircut that helped Lonnie was also terrific! So Lonnie told us about the sale the next day, we'll that's when we met Dajae!
DaJae was so kind and friendly and so happy she checked us out and got the line moving! She was quick, yet able to talk, get us the discount, and move us along with a smile!
We are from Houston, have shopped in Houston, Katy, Austin, Pearland, and I just appreciate how the customer service was so nice and informative!

“I went to store just to look around to c if I could find any good deals and surprise they had just what I was about to have to go shopping for which was a nice matching washer and dryer I was excited but realize that I was in my car so I asked if they would hold it long enough for me to get my truck. They were happy to do so well I’m not return to the store I ran into quite a bit of a traffic jam, which ran me 20 minutes after six and call to see if they would still help me get my washer and dryer The lady I spoke to was Kendra. She was very sweet and very helpful and said that she would make sure that I could come get my washer and dryer and that they would stay a little longer but also I told her that I would need help loading, and even though the employees are not supposed to help, they were very helpful and said that would be no problem when I got to the store they had my washer and dryer pulled up the young man name Christian was there to help. He was very careful helping me load was very concerned about scratching up anything in my truck even offered to pull her sheet off her bed to give to me so I wouldn’t scratch my truck , I was very grateful and honestly surprised it’s hard to find people like that these days ago over and beyond just to take care of a customer so I asked him if they would mind me giving a review course. I said it’s not necessary but I asked him if they would do it for me and I wanted to get Kristen‘s picture in there so if you go in the store and you see him tell him you read the story and thank him for being the type of person that goes to work not just for a paycheck but to actually help people out so thank you Goodwill on Airline Drive in Bossier I don’t need to Kendra and Christian but everyone in the store who I’ve dealt with. That was super nice. I will go back in Shop again thank you.”

“About a month ago (forgive my tardiness) I made an online order and received all items except my rotisserie chicken. When I called in and spoke to Jennifer *online order* she was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to ensure that I received my missing item and was totally satisfied with my Walmart shopping experience. My favorite part is how joyous they seem. They always have a smile and make sure you leave with one. I even came out smiling and laughing after I broke my orbital bone. They deserve to be recognized. The pharmacist is amazing! Truly cares and remembers the slightest details. It really is so kind. The techs are amazing as well. They never rush you but communicate clearly. If they don’t have a medication they are very clear when they can get it. They’ve helped me so many times. I truly hope Walmart recognizes their amazing service. It means so much when you are sick or in pain to have a friendly and helpful person there for you. I cannot express how much they have helped this year. Truly they are the best in town. Hands down!”

The amazing customer service displayed to help me cover that remaining cost without any issue or reason was absolutely incredible. And I hope she knows how grateful I am!
