“I've been a customer of Sam's for over 12 years I guess. The only place I get gas is this station, unless it's an emergency and I'm in some other part of the area. The fuel prices are usually the best in town and the attendant Barbara is the most polite, helpful attendant I've ever seen at a station. Always upbeat and helpful... and I can tell you, that can't be easy... because I've seen an awful lot of customers treat her absolutely terrible. They get upset because they think the big red signs on the end of the pumps that tell them not to enter from that direction, and the big yellow arrows that Sam's Corporate office placed there, somehow don't apply to them! How arrogant and disrespectful. So when Barbara redirects them to go the right way (for the safety of all customers), they get pissed and go file complaints. I've witnessed it time and time again. She's just doing her job. Imagine if these same customers decided to drive the wrong way down the one-way streets in our town, and then go complain to the chief of police when an officer gives them a ticket!
I see Barbara helping old people all the time with their gas, she keeps that station neat and clean as can be, and customers by and large love her. She's literally my favorite Sam's Club employee. They need more like her!”

“I just recently went to this gas station for the first time in a while. And it's very interesting and has a lot of things. Besides, food and drinks a lot of different vape stuff. And actually, a lot of the snacks are extremely cheap, and they have a lot of old school. Snacks and stuff as well, so it's definitely worth Giving it a go”
“On this visit I picked up our groceries and the Walmart attendant that brought the groceries to us was so sweet and they bagged everything perfect. I recently had surgery and the experience with picking up your groceries was absolutely fantastic. “The only reason why I didn't give it five stars is because I was counting on this place to have my favorite kind of blue bell ice cream & there out of it too so I'm nervous that it got discontinued. But besides that, the employees are always extremely nice. The bathrooms always work, they even have an area where you can sit and eat their hot food and the prices are great.”

“This store is always clean and well-stocked, especially the drink stations and the food island. In addition, the staff is not just courteous but friendly and fun. My work keeps me moving around town all day and this is one of a handful of circle k stores where I know I will find hot dogs that are cooked but not overdone with full condiments and a clean cheese and chili pump! “Probably the ONLY place in the whole of the Eastern-side of Shreveport where you can find coffee at the ready at all times of night or day, right when you need it. Plenty of variety of snacks and simple foods that us traveling workers need. If I'd thought about it, and looked hard enough, my coworkers and I would have been stopping here every single morning when we left our hotels, instead of the scrappy and nasty Circle K stops in the surrounding area. Literally the only gas station that is AWAKE when we need it before we go over to our job sites, with no attitudes, no weird looks, just... people doing their jobs, seeing more traveling workers, and just trying to get a good breakfast and prepared lunch before another day out under the elements.
Like all QTs, I wish their kitchen was open 24/7, so we could get stuff made instead of just grabbing off the rollers or shelves, because most of our teams could use that early morning hot food that isn't on the rollers.
Thanks to the staff for not acting like their competitor's workers, and being polite and professional, and doing what they could to make our daily work lives easier. Most of yall's competitors workers in the whole of Bossier have too much time on their phones and not enough time to check us workers out at the tills.”

“This station is easily accessible from I 20 at Old Minden Road. It's in a good location. The ladies restroom is a good size and for the most part when I've used it- it has been pretty clean. I think on the weekends when people are out partying or done parting they tend to get yucky! They have a good selection of fountain drinks and I have never experienced any problems.”

“This was my first experience at this location. When I walked in everything organized and clean. This is the very first time I actually saw a location with a kiosk so I said what the hell let me try it.
