“I don’t think boomtown can ever be a five star just because I think it’s just kind of outdated and I don’t like how they don’t have the buffet open but they have everything else so they have it sometimes I don’t understand that part anyways I feel if you have a buffet useful that used to have an incredible one bring that back maybe you get another star But until then now your second floor always smell like a cigarette I know it’s a smoking floor, but I feel like y’all could spray it a little bit. Also, your TVs are on all dark settings. I don’t know why the color is dark on all of your TVs, but you need to get a maintenance man to come and lighten all the screens up. It feels like you’re in a dungeon. Sometimes whenever you stay there and why they crowd every person that stays there on one floor when they have sex, I don’t know that either, but those are some tips.”

“Thank you Comfort Suites for allowing my family to end our hotel stay on a positive note! We checked in here on our last day of vacation unexpectedly and booked two rooms for a family of 8. Due to horrible service at the Holiday Inn Express we decided to leave and check out early. The change in service here was like night and day from what we had just experienced. Everyone was so welcoming, smiling, said hello, and so forth. What a difference when you can see a healthy work culture and staff that genuinely enjoy their job. The room itself was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good and staff was constantly cleaning and restocking the area. Most importantly coffee was readily available! The holiday inn had no coffee for 2 out of the 3 days we had to stay there! I wish we had checked out even sooner and came over to comfort suites then but I was not aware I could do that and get a partial refund. We will certainly be back if we are back this way for another trip. Thank you so much! Hospitality at its finest! :)”

“Decent hotel. Good food at the bar. The bartender was cool. Wish the rooms were cleaner tho. Feels gross finding other people's play trash in the room. You KNOW what happened here.”

“It's not terrible. It's nicer than some of the places I've seen and been in down that way.. However the pot holes are a nightmare. So be careful of them.”

“Love this place. Owner went out of his way to accommodant me. I have many medical issues. Room was very clean, cable & WiFi worked great. Cleaning ladies were AWESOME. I lived here before. We are not in the hood. People use motels everywhere to do bad. I WILL BE BACK.”
