“The rooms at this hotel in Shreveport are comfortable and well-maintained. The service is excellent, and the location is highly convenient, situated directly across from Shriners and LSU Ochsner. The hotel also offers discounts for Shriners patients, which is greatly appreciated.
My only concern is that the manager frequently parks a blue vehicle under the awning, obstructing the area. This space should be reserved exclusively for short-term pick-up and drop-off, rather than long-term parking. As a frequent guest with a child who has a disability and requires a wheelchair, I often visit for appointments at Shriners, and this recurring issue with the blue Blazer blocking the loading and unloading zone creates unnecessary challenges. I hope corporate management will review this feedback and implement appropriate measures to address it.”

“Very clean and quiet. They are plenty of places to eat around the hotel. This has to be the coldest air conditioner i have experienced this summer . Everything in the room works and the bed was very comfortable . Nice and hot shower and plenty of towels .”

“The rooms were clean, the pool was kind of gross during our stay with lots of hair and mulch and leaves floating in it 😭🤣 I asked for new towels 3 times over the course of the day before I got any. Loved the servers in the restaurant and the breakfast menu was great!”

Wait staff is expeditious, kind and courteous...
Front desk for check in is what you would expect...
Security is highly trained and will keep you safe inside the casino...
Outside the casino be expected as all the other casinos, to be asked for a cigarette or a couple dollars...
I enjoy this place like I have since 2003...
Would recommend a weekend stay or a weeknight stay as well...

“Great customer service and friendly staff. The rooms are really nice, clean, spacious and up to date. There's plenty of parking in the bright well lit parking lot. It's safe to walk alone to your vehicle. The continental breakfast was delicious. I rated it 4 stars because the bar was never opened so we went to Long Horns for drinks???. The staff stated there was no bartender?”

“August 31, 2026 A well lit and clean motel. The room was clean and neat. The price was good, and the desk clerk was friendly and efficient at check-in. I would stay here again. I had a great room with a window that allowed me to view my car.
Sept 12, 2026. I stayed here again on my return trip, and the check-in process was as smooth as the first time. I didn't get the names of the personnel, but they were friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper, who was there for both visits, and who didn't hesitate to indicate room readiness to the desk clerk. Both stays were top-notch, and I recommend this location highly.”
