“I called at 8:30am in the morning and had my install scheduled and service agreement started in around 5 minutes. By 1:00PM the same day my new internet was installed professionally (and it wasn't an easy install) and everything was working. I would recommend this service to anyone, especially if you have ever had to wait on the phone with a larger company that can't get you any answers or transfers you 5 times. Bluebird seems proud of their quality, small, independent, and very capable. Plus you get a human on the phone in seconds.”
