My husband's phone completely quit charging and this is his work phone and it was the 4th of July and we didn't expect such great service on a holiday when most businesses are closed. John made us feel at ease with trading our old phone in,infact we traded both phones in after he explained the benefits and savings to us. He made the transaction smooth and easily explained to us.
