They listen to them and ask them frequently, are there any concerns about the facility. there property is well maintain. and secure.

“Juhree is a outstanding manager. Her professional but very friendly style was excellent. You quickly realize she takes her position seriously and has been here long enough to become very good at her position. This was the best customer experience I have had anywhere in a longtime. Juhree made us feel important and wanted to help us with the service we needed. The facilities are very nice and obviously well managed. We used their outside storage for our motorhome and had no hesitation trusting it would be safe here. I recommend Shield Storage on Benton Rd highly.”

She helped us with the sign up process and reminded us of the free truck for move in day. She has always gone above and beyond to help us, as well as others. “I had a very good experience with the representative at Storage Sense in Bossier City. She was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I explained that I had bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and other household items, and she helped me understand what size storage unit I would need to make sure everything would fit. I also told her I would need the unit for about 2 to 3 months, and she explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her help, and her customer service was excellent.”
“The guys were great! They called to let me know they were just a few minutes behind, which was perfectly fine. They handled our large and heavy furniture with care and made sure to not scratch any floors, and even alerted us of the furniture missing pegs/feet that could scratch the floors in the future if we moved anything. The two guys were super polite and I would definitely use them again.”
“The inprovements are great; however, not being able to access our storeage unit in evenings is a big problem. Lots of times we need to get items out of storeage in the evenings after work and the access not available is extremely upsetting”

An emergency number is listed on their phone and I called, within moments she was there resetting everything and buzzed me in. 8:30 pm on a Thursday, crisis averted. Excellent service!”

“Great job all around! This was a complicated move as I needed to move furniture in Shreveport to my house and then move the remainder to Alexandria. Fabian and Trenton did an expert job, were very careful with all items which was important as some of the furniture was vintage and antique. They also explained how they were protecting things and made sure all items were placed exactly as I wanted. Also had very professional communication with the owner and office in setting up the move in regards to dates and schedule. Overall an extremely positive experience. Moving is very stressful and this team made it the best experience it could have been. Highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you!”
“Units are clean and the indoor storage is well lit and maintained, however the carts are in BAD shape. The wheels on them roll like they are made of square rock and one small cart is missing a wheel. Also the person working needs to park in a marked and designated parking spot, not park where they are blocking the storage entrance door. People pay to get in and out of the storage units and to have access, not have to maneuver around someone’s car, especially with carts that will not roll in a straight line.”

“We've had our spot at Park N Place since late 2010. The family & crew on the property do a great job. The convenient dump station, wash bay & water/air station are appreciated. Security is great! For the price, we believe Park N Place Boat and RV Storage is the best RV/boat storage facility within our ArkLaTex region.”
“I’ve been storing here on and off over the past few years. Seems like every time I come back it’s under new owners, but Miss Amanda is always there. She has been there for a while and is the sweetest person. If she wasn’t there I would definitely go somewhere else. She keeps the property clean, tidy and knows everything that goes on out there. The buildings may be older but she will definitely take care of you.”
