“Juhree is a outstanding manager. Her professional but very friendly style was excellent. You quickly realize she takes her position seriously and has been here long enough to become very good at her position. This was the best customer experience I have had anywhere in a longtime. Juhree made us feel important and wanted to help us with the service we needed. The facilities are very nice and obviously well managed. We used their outside storage for our motorhome and had no hesitation trusting it would be safe here. I recommend Shield Storage on Benton Rd highly.”
“Big fan of this facility right here. It's clean, well maintained, well lighted, easy to access, with plenty of room inside & in between. I could write descriptions, not unlike this for no less than a dozen local facilities, though. So what sets it apart? It's not what, it's who, & in this is case, the gm, Tracey is who. She's fast, she's friendly, she's thorough, very informative and knowledgeable. Tracey stayed late to allow me time to resolve and issue which was the result of my poor planning. She didn't have to, but she did anyway.

“The guys were great! They called to let me know they were just a few minutes behind, which was perfectly fine. They handled our large and heavy furniture with care and made sure to not scratch any floors, and even alerted us of the furniture missing pegs/feet that could scratch the floors in the future if we moved anything. The two guys were super polite and I would definitely use them again.”

“I had a very good experience with the representative at Storage Sense in Bossier City. She was professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I explained that I had bedroom furniture, living room furniture, and other household items, and she helped me understand what size storage unit I would need to make sure everything would fit. I also told her I would need the unit for about 2 to 3 months, and she explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her help, and her customer service was excellent.”

We had been waiting for another unit at Best Yet. Terisa contacted us about one that was being vacated. We looked and were inoressed with how clean the unit an surroundings were. She helped us with the sign up process and reminded us of the free truck for move in day. She has always gone above and beyond to help us, as well as others. This move was as easy as it could be due to Terisa and Amanda.

“The inprovements are great; however, not being able to access our storeage unit in evenings is a big problem. Lots of times we need to get items out of storeage in the evenings after work and the access not available is extremely upsetting”

“Units are clean and the indoor storage is well lit and maintained, however the carts are in BAD shape. The wheels on them roll like they are made of square rock and one small cart is missing a wheel. Also the person working needs to park in a marked and designated parking spot, not park where they are blocking the storage entrance door. People pay to get in and out of the storage units and to have access, not have to maneuver around someone’s car, especially with carts that will not roll in a straight line.”

“I am so impressed with this facility. The power went out resetting all the gates and I really needed to get into my unit. An emergency number is listed on their phone and I called, within moments she was there resetting everything and buzzed me in. 8:30 pm on a Thursday, crisis averted. Excellent service!”
“We've had our spot at Park N Place since late 2010. The family & crew on the property do a great job. The convenient dump station, wash bay & water/air station are appreciated. Security is great! For the price, we believe Park N Place Boat and RV Storage is the best RV/boat storage facility within our ArkLaTex region.”
