“We use U-haul for personal and business. Many times a month and have for well over 2 decades. As I travel all over the country, I have come to realize that this is my favorite place of all. Within the company. Miss Wanda ran it beyond compare for many years. And it not only breaks my heart to see her retire yet. I know she will be happier and deserves the time off. I hope whoever replaces her knows what they're doing As it will take a strong leader to continue to expand this location into the future.”

An emergency number is listed on their phone and I called, within moments she was there resetting everything and buzzed me in. 8:30 pm on a Thursday, crisis averted. Excellent service!”

“4 stars not because of the location’s service but mostly because my truck is always cancelled due to being late, we’ll I might also mention they never have dolly’s available but all you to book them online. Even though I’m late they are always so accommodating and I typically end up paying less than I originally was quoted!”

“Great job all around! This was a complicated move as I needed to move furniture in Shreveport to my house and then move the remainder to Alexandria. Fabian and Trenton did an expert job, were very careful with all items which was important as some of the furniture was vintage and antique. They also explained how they were protecting things and made sure all items were placed exactly as I wanted. Also had very professional communication with the owner and office in setting up the move in regards to dates and schedule. Overall an extremely positive experience. Moving is very stressful and this team made it the best experience it could have been. Highly recommend and would use them again. Thank you!”

“I like Park 'n Place boat and RV storage. I've used them several times over the years, in fact I had my pontoon boat stored there this past winter. I just took my boat out of there last week, but that was only because it's spring time and I wanted to move my boat to another location that was much closer to the lake we use. This fall I will take it back to Park n Place to store it for the winter.. I never worry about my boat when it's stored there.. all of the other "renters" are either boat or RV owners and they respect each others property.. I highly recommend Park 'n Place.”

“We just moved with them from LA to CA and overall I'm glad we requested Atlas and had them. The packers the first day were amazingly fast and overall kind and professional. We did have some pushback when asking for more stickering and paper on certain items. (on Unloading some things I am surprised made it because there was limited paper) Then the second day the loaders came with the semi and all were great again. They did a decent job wrapping and loading our items. (at unloading many things were missing parts or broken/dented/ marked) There was also a tornado warning and weather that day! Yesterday we had Correy and his associate (I don't want to misspell his name) come and unload us here in CA. They were amazing also! They were great at carefully unloading and putting things together as well as making sure we got everything and could write conditions if something was broken. Overall a great experience compared to other moves we have had with the military!I will add that they are under Atlas but Atlas is under TMM which from what I read is a nightmare to get reimbursed for anything so dreading that. It is also impossible to get customer service or anything from TMM. Also our HHG sat in LA for 3 weeks after loaded and no one has explained what or why.”

Any question I asked she was able to answer or find the person who knew the answer. The units themselves need a little TLC from owners but other will never go anywhere else .”
