“Store 4333 is where I ended up at. I don’t remember names but the manager got me started with my unit. She was very friendly, professional and thorough with my start up info. The maintenance man took me to my unit beforehand to show where it was. He also was very friendly and informative and offered any assistance I may have needed. The only reason for the 4 star review is because the entrance gate was broken therefore I couldn’t access the unit after 6pm until it gets fixed. But I was informed that it was scheduled for repair.
It was a refreshing experience for me since so many businesses do not have customer service skills and do not seem to acknowledge a customer in front of them. Therefore I felt compelled to fill this out to let this store know I appreciated their customer service skills in noticing the customer and not treating me as if I’m interrupting their social time. Store 4333, thank you!”
“I was not aware of your facility. On Google I found you on a Sunday - paid small fee with your wonderful promotion. The location chose is so convenient and easily accessible. Allows overhead coverage if bad weather. It also very clean, climate controlled and flatbed usage is great. I have told everyone I know if you want clean, safe, storage for your belongings Storage Sense is the place to be.

When renting a unit online, everything went well.
Upon going to the physical site however, I can't find my unit and the storage entry doors won't accept the code I was given for the purpose.
I called customer support but they couldn't even tell me where on the property my unit is.
There is no good system in place to actually move in.”

“Rented a space here for ~2 years. Very clean, temperature controlled, easy-to-access. No price increase during rental period with no long-term contract. No pests. Literally none of the issues I’ve seen with any other storage facility. Just officially moved out today and that process was incredibly easy as well! Highly recommend!!”
