“Great customer service for U haul. I can't speak on other half of business Fun Job mo Center, but if it's half as good as the U Haul half it would have to be phenomenal. I had a small issue from U haul corporate with truck availability when promised but the whole team at this location went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. They helped me follow thru with corporate. They assisted me in 96 degree heat making sure the car trailer was hooked up correctly. Helped me load car onto trailer. Even got me a $50 rebate from corporate for my trouble. I would highly recommend. There are many u haul dealers in the area. But I don't know how any can take care of you better than this one did take care of us. Two thumbs up!”

“02-19-2020 late truck rental. So I needed to get a lot of material from Home Depot. It’s been raining for the last week in Shreveport and I’m unable to get anything done. I looked for the nearest U-Haul company and this location popped up I called and spoke with Miss Pat over the phone. She told me to head that way and she would take care of me. I got to the location and Miss Pat was super sweet and very accommodating. I instantly got a 26 foot truck to rent with no problems. I brought it back that same night and return the keys in the morning. Once again super sweet Miss Pat help me every step of the way. I would return to this location if I was in the area and needed another truck or to rent a storage. I also made a video that you’re welcome to go check out on this location.”

“Ms Consuella Brown was AMAZING! She made the pick up of a trailer to use super easy, even though a minor glitch and she felt really bad about it. Very personable and super friendly. Any U-Haul needs again we will go to this location. Return process was so easy and quick.”

Was willing to work with me because of my conflicting schedule and even waited for me to arrive after being 20 minutes late to our scheduled meeting. “Great prices compared to penske. Penske charges 3x higher than U-Haul. Truck rental $111 Vs Penske $311 plus security deposit and extra fees I did want to pay for but they were going to charge anyways. I cancelled my reservation with Penske.”
