“I had a wonderful experience. I had been all over town looking at different school shoes with my boys. They couldn’t decide on what shoe they wanted and my oldest had Air Jordan 4 Retros in mind, but they were sold out everywhere and the price was a little out of my range. We walked into the store, was greeted right away. The two gentlemen working at the time really demonstrated remarkable customer service. I asked if they could help me with finding my boys some shoes for school. I told them the name of the shoe my oldest wanted and they made so maybe suggestions and even took into consideration asking me my price range. They suggested add on products for the shoes we were purchasing. The both gentlemen were able to help my son find the perfect shoe, even though he didn’t get the shoes he wanted he was still so happy with the pair he got and ready to start school.”
