Came home from the store to have no internet. Found the internet cable going from the in ground box in the back yard to the house chewed through. Called optimum and they won’t come out till the 12th of this month. Glad to see a real sense of urgency to take care of their customers.

Their all about the money. They have had my approved ACP certificate for 3 months. They have denied my enrollment twice by saying their information does not match. Will not give specific information about what's incorrect. If you can figure this out your smarter then me
