Why every year you all go up 15 to 20.that is unreasonable. Just to watch tv.something needs to be done about your high cost of the service and it not that good my internet is always searching.

The store is wonderful. Excellent customer service. I have few complaints about Optimum as whole. It seems that on the phone you get the “private contractors” and they are flies in the jelly. Actual Optimum associates are the best.
