Xpress Car Wash is an effective and convenient drive-thru car wash. Many customers call it the best out there, noting it gets vehicles very close to spotless and leaves cars looking and smelling great. It is described as quick, clean, and professional. The business offers an affordable unlimited monthly membership that customers find to be money well spent, as it becomes cost-effective with frequent use. Members rarely have to wait in line. The wash runs efficient, though some note it is standard for drive-through washes to sometimes leave questionable marks or not remove all bugs. One location was noted to clean bugs better than another. A customer also reported noticing scratches after a wash. The service includes free vacuums, where there is always room, and free floor mat cleaning machines. The customer service receives high praise, with staff going out of their way to help, even in unusual situations. While the car wash side is quick, the attached oil change service is not always fast. A downside mentioned is that once in the wash line, there is no way to exit if it is moving slowly. Overall, customers are really enjoying it and have no major complaints.
