“So i made an account at capital one maybe half a year ago. Melissa who took me through everything made it quick and simple to set up my account. She was very welcoming professional. My whole capital one experience was awesome until one day i over-drafted my account from unexpected online charges. Oh Boy was I enraged! I left work and made a deposit to get my account back in good standing. The next day i checked it again and I WAS AGAIN IN THE NEGATIVE! I came back in and behold I ran into Melissa again! She guided me through how the situation and took care of my overdraft charges and gave me some tips on how to keep my account in good standing. This same situation happen before at a different bank and they made the situation more difficult. I am going to be a capital one customer for life because of this. Melissa YOU ARE AWESOME AND YOU MADE MY DAY AND i hope corporate sees this!”
