We'll Mr Louie came out to where I was loading up the truck and he was so nice to me. He got his employees and his equipment and helped me load the truck onto my tow dollies. “I was stranded off hwy 90 this morning for 4 hours during the early morning hours. My insurance kept calling a bunch of their contracted tow guys who kept accepting the job and then canceling and going back to bed. When I finally had enough I called 365 Towing. Within 20 minutes he arrived and got my vehicle hooked up and we were on our way. Thanks to him I made it to work on time. He was extremely professional and personable. I absolutely recommend his service”
“Toyota Corolla had a very rough idle and was lurching while drive. After being told by many other shops it was a week+ until an appt, Charlie's told me they could look at it that morning. When I arrived he promptly checked out the car and two hours later called to share the diagnosis of a bad ignition coil. He offered to throw in a discounted oil change while he was already working on the car which I couldn't refuse. By the end of the same day the car was fixed for a fair price, all new ignition coils, spark plugs, and fresh oil change. This is the new place I will recommend.”
